ClarificationNot a rule change
- 7-6-3
- The stalling rule is unchanged. When neutral wrestlers go out of bounds, the referee now follows the stalling call with a signal showing the type: pushing out, pulling out, or backing out. If neither wrestler is stalling, the referee signals wrestling action.
- Signals
- Four signals added to the Official Wrestling Signals: stalling for pushing out, stalling for pulling out, stalling for backing out, and wrestling action continuing after going out of bounds. See the Signals & Mechanics video.
